\n\tMequon, WI – On Tuesday, July 22, 2014 college baseball’s best players will take part in the 2014
\n\tNorthwoods League All-Star Game presented by Fiduciary Management, Inc. The game will be hosted by the
\n\tLakeshore Chinooks and will be played at Kapco Park on the campus of Concordia University. The All-Star
\n\tFestivities will kick-off with the All-Star Banquet on Monday night, July 21, 2014 to be held at the Ozaukee County
\n\tFair Grounds in the Columbia St. Mary’s Center. The featured speaker will be the Commissioner of Baseball, Allan
\n\tH. “Bud” Selig. In addition to Commissioner Selig the teams will be introduced by the Honorary Managers, Jim
\n\tGantner for the North Team and Robin Yount for the South Team. Live entertainment will follow the program.\n<\/p>\n

\n\t“It’s an honor to be able to host the Northwoods League All-Star Game with all the tremendous talent on the field,”
\n\tcommented Jim Kacmarcik, President of the Lakeshore Chinooks. “In addition, to be able to have Milwaukee
\n\tbaseball icons, Commissioner Selig, Robin Yount and Jim Gantner involved in the festivities is really a blessing and
\n\ta treat for the fans.” Dick Radatz, President of the Northwoods League added, “We're excited to display our top
\n\ttalent in our newest facility among so many distinguished guests."\n<\/p>\n

\n\tOn game day, Tuesday, July 22nd, the gates will open at 3:30pm. Players will rotate through the VIP Photography
\n\tAutograph Zone until 5:30pm. The Home Run Challenge will begin at 4:45pm and feature a unique format. Nine
\n\tplayers from each division will represent the North and South teams. Each player will receive six outs in their half
\n\tof the inning and a nine inning competition will take place. The team with the most Home Runs hit after the nine
\n\tinning exhibition will be declared the winner.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tThe actual Northwoods League All-Star Game Presented by Fiduciary Management, Inc. will begin at 6:45pm.
\n\tHonorary Managers for the game will be former big league players, Robin Yount and Jim Gantner both of whom
\n\tspent their entire playing careers in Milwaukee. Between the two of them they spent thirty-seven years in the
\n\tMajors. “It will be fun to get a chance to manage these young, talented players for the night,” said Yount.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tTickets for the All-Star Banquet are $60 per person and can be purchased by calling the Lakeshore Chinooks offices
\n\tat 262-618-4659, seating is limited. Tickets to the Tuesday Northwoods League All-Star Festivities including the
\n\tautograph session, Home Run Competition and the game are $15 for Reserved Box, $10 for Reserved Grandstand
\n\tand $7 for General Admission and can be purchased by visiting lakeshorechinooks.com or calling the Lakeshore
\n\tChinooks offices.\n<\/p>\n
