\n\tRafters Take on Kingfish in Doubleheader <\/u><\/strong>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tWisconsin Rapids start series with 1st<\/sup> Place Kingfish today in doubleheader<\/em>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t                    \n<\/p>\n

\n\tKenosha, Wis- Due to heavy rain, the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters and Kenosha Kingfish were forced to postpone their game on Thursday July 16th<\/sup>. Unplayable field conditions, will force the teams to play a doubleheader today in Kenosha. The first game of the doubleheader will begin at 4:30 PM, with the second game beginning 30 minutes at the conclusion of the first. The Rafters are in 5th<\/sup> place in the 2nd<\/sup> half standings. The Kingfish, who were just swept by the Woodchucks, have a record of 10-5 and sit atop the South division standings.\n<\/p>\n

\n\t \n<\/p>\n

\n\tAdam Hall (Xavier) will be the starter in the first game for the Rafters. The right hander is 2-3 with a 3.37 ERA in 2015. Hall faced Kenosha back on July 2nd<\/sup>, he went 6.1 innings and received the no decision in the game. Ryne Blanton (Madison College) will be the starter for the Kingfish in game 1. He’s 2-0 with a 4.10 ERA on the season. Blanton was also the starter back on July 2nd<\/sup>, he allowed one run in five innings as he got the no decision in the Kenosha’s 3-2 win. Jon Malmin (Texas) will be the starter in the second game for the Rafters, while 2015 Northwoods League All-star P.J. Schuster (SIU Edwardsville) gets the start for Kenosha.\n<\/p>\n
