Duluth, MN – The Wisconsin Woodchucks led 1-0 Sunday, but in a strikingly similar game to Saturday’s contest, the Duluth Huskies came back in the middle innings to win 5-1 at Wade Stadium

After Ramsey Romano hit a two-run homer late Saturday night, Wisconsin took the lead Sunday on their second home run of the series. Mason Fishback hit his first home run of the season, a solo shot, in the third inning to put the Chucks up 1-0.

Dylan Dwyer held the Huskies scoreless for four innings, but Duluth got on the board in the fifth with two runs on four hits. They extended their lead to 5-1 in the sixth with three runs on four more hits before Kyle Dohy replaced Dwyer and ended the inning with a strikeout.

The Woodchucks recorded five hits in the contest, including two from Fishback, who singled in the fifth. Yusuke Akitoshi and LJ Hatch also singled in the late innings, but they were the only runners to reach in the final four frames.

Wisconsin has an off day tomorrow before they return to Athletic Park for contests on Tuesday and Wednesday against the Kenosha Kingfish, both of which will start at 6:35 p.m.
