Pair from Texas A&M to Join Woodchucks
Wausau, WIS- The Wisconsin Woodchucks are pleased to announce the signing of two players from Texas A&M to the Woodchucks 2017 roster. Outfielder Logan Foster and Catcher Hunter Coleman will be playing for the Woodchucks this summer.
OF – Logan Foster | 5’ 11” | R/R | Freshman | Texas A&M
Foster is off to a great start with the Aggies in his freshman campaign; hitting .400 with two home runs, one double and four RBI so far. During his high school career Foster was a four year letter winner and a two–time All-Nebraska First Team choice. He hit .452 as a senior with eight doubles, four triples, seven home runs and 32 RBI to pick up All-Nebraska, Super State and All-Class A honors.
C – Hunter Coleman | 6' 0" | R/R | Freshman | Texas A&M
Coleman is currently batting .308 with a triple, double and two RBI. Coleman was a four-year letter winner and was named District 3-6A Offensive MVP and District 3-6A First team as a senior in 2016. Coleman earned Perfect Game Underclassman Preseason All-America First Team in 2015 and Honorable Mention in 2014.
