Wausau, WIS – The Woodchucks came into tonight’s game back home at the Athletic Park opening up a four game home stand against the Battle Creek Bombers. The Chucks went 2-2 on the four game road trip. The Bombers offense got off to a good start and the Chucks could not get the bats going and fell 12-0.

 

The Bombers got a run in the top of the 3rd and three runs in the top of the 4thinning to take 4-0 lead after four.

 

The Bombers put up a big five run top of the 6thinning and lead 9-0 after six.

 

The Battle Creek offense kept swinging and adding two in the 8thand one in the top of the 9thto hold on for the 12-0 win.
