The CHEESIEST event in Bismarck history!

From the company who brought you Donut and Beer Festival in 2019 and an affiliate of the Bismarck Larks, comes a day filled with everyone’s favorite dish. The first ever Mac & Cheese Festival, presented by Dakota Community Bank and Trust will take place in Bismarck, North Dakota at Cottonwood Park on Saturday, May 13 from 5-8 PM.

We’ve heard the Bismarck, Mandan, and Lincoln communities LOUD AND CLEAR — you want more out-of-the-box, community events that the whole family can enjoy. Whether your 7 years old, 37-year-old or 77-year-old, we think everyone can agree that a mac n cheese filled event is a gouda idea.

We’re inviting our community’s best restaurants and food trucks to showcase their cheesiest, gooiest, and most delicious macaroni and cheese creations. Plus, what’s an event without a little competition?

Attendees will have the chance to vote for their favorite mac and cheese dish, sending one local restaurant or food truck to the World Food Championships, the world’s largest Food Sport competition. It’s going to be an epic battle, but only one restaurant will be crowned the best mac and cheese and represent central North Dakota.

With great domestic and local craft beers, live music from Savanah Benz, Phil McMahon and Natalie & Randy, yard games, inflatables for kids, and more, you have a recipe for the most FUN, family-friendly, and cheddarific event of the year.

We want to be clear – this is NACHO-average festival where your wallet is out of your pocket the whole time. Our unique approach to tickets keeps things simple — all-inclusive tickets at a reasonable price with a WHOLE lot of value. However, to provide the best fan experience possible, tickets will be limited.
