Mac & Cheese Festival in Bismarck is a premier qualifying event for the World Food Championships, the leader in Food Sport competition, and YOU will get the chance to vote for your favorite local restaurant or food truck to win! Learn more about the World Food Championships and how it works here.

Cloverdale Secret Ingredient Competition

We’ve teamed up with Cloverdale to offer the Cloverdale Secret Ingredient Competition! Select restaurants will include special Cloverdale ingredients in their dishes to level up their mac and cheese. The winner will receive a $500 prize for the best use of the secret ingredient thanks to Cloverdale!

Yard Games

Show off your skills in a variety of yard games like corn hole and more! It’s like a backyard tailgate — but with the best mac and cheese in town.

Kids Inflatables

The kids will be having TOO MUCH FUN when they’re hanging out enjoying inflatables from our friends at the Bismarck Larks! Bounce away on the bounce house or see how fast you can go down the inflatable slide. Entrance into the kids inflatables area is FREE for all kids with a Lil’ Mac ticket!
