Get your face painted from our friends at Theo Art School for FREE! They’re bringing the best artists in to town to do some awesome, and totally cheesy face painting fun. Theo Art School is a nonprofit, year-round art school offering educational artistic enrichment to our community of Bismarck, North Dakota, and surrounding cities. Theo Art School has been Bismarck-Mandan’s premier art school since 1992, with more than 80,000 student registrations.
