With new and improved vendors for Mac & Cheese Fest presented by Dakota Community Bank & Trust, attendees want to try them all. The best way to try them all is to purchase the VIP Mac Daddy ticket with the most mac and cheese.

*Let’s talk important cheese business. Please be aware that our cheese paradise may not be a haven for the gluten-free or lactose-intolerant. Keep your eyes peeled on the official menu for any vendors offering gluten-free or dairy-free options – because nobody should miss out on the fun. Many of our vendors will be sizzling up dishes that include meaty delights such as bacon, brisket, and more.

Laughing Sun Brewing Co.

  • Vendor Bio: Laughing Sun is a restaurant, brewery, and catering company from Bismarck, North Dakota. Their mission is to create an inviting experience for the community through craft beer, BBQ, & live music. Laughing Sun took home the Golden Noodle for the best mac and cheese AND the People’s Choice Award at the inaugural Mac & Cheese Fest in Bismarck in 2023!

  • Vendor Bio: Udderly Amazing is a family friendly and family oriented food truck that loves to serve the Bismarck-Mandan community. They enjoy going to various events with their big cow print truck to provide people with some of the best fried, cost-friendly food and ice cream in town.

Hensley’s Tasty Truck

  • Vendor Bio: Hensley’s Tasty Truck is a family owned food truck out of Bismarck, North Dakota. They are very passionate about serving their guests the highest quality food and drinks, bringing people together to feed them and tantalizing their pallets.
