Habaneros win 9-6 in comeback fashion.

 

Starting pitcher for the Habaneros, Teagan Livesay (SE Missouri State University) started in the circle and once again showed some command issues, walking 3 batters and letting in 2 runs on no hits.

 

Habaneros push back with an RBI Single from Paige Zender (Iowa State University). Score cut to 1-2.

 

Livesay found herself in a jam letting up another run without a hit allowed. She would then proceed to strike 3 batters out in a row looking. To keep the score 1-3. in favor of Minot.

 

Olivia Lenzen (Wofford College) with a 2-run Blast in the top of the 3rd. Extends the Honeybees lead to 4. 5-1 Honeybees.

 

Both teams go down quietly in their respected half innings.

 

Habaneros bats struggling in this one with only 1 hit registered through 4 innings.

 

The Habaneros add one in the bottom of the 5th curtesy of Morgan Honeycutt (St.Cloud State University) RBI Single. Habaneros trail 2-5 now.

 

Honeybees add one more run of insurance in the bottom of the 6th, extending the score to 6-2.
