Be part of one of the most exciting and high-energy nights of the season. As a vendor, you’ll be placed directly in front of 750+ engaged fans, giving your business incredible exposure in a lively, community-driven atmosphere. This isn’t just a typical vendor setup, it’s a full event experience. You’ll be part of a themed night filled with entertainment, a live softball game, and special activations like a featured fashion show, giving you even more opportunities to showcase your brand in a memorable way. Your package also includes 10 game tickets, each paired with a bite box and drink voucher, creating a full night out for you, your team, or your guests.
Each vendor will be provided with a 10×10 ft space to create a setup that represents their brand. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, decor, and products to design a space that stands out. Please note that electricity will not be provided, and the Spitfires are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
