Whitehead was recognized as the Mon-Dak Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Week (March 18-24, 2024) pitching 15, striking out 16 batters, and holding an ERA of 1.40,

As an infielder, Whitehead typically plays first or second base, and across 50 games played, she has achieved a career 21 putouts – with 16 occurring in her most recent season – and an overall fielding percentage of .932.

Whitehead’s softball career extends back into her high school days, as she played on both her high school’s varsity softball team and the MT Xtreme club team. A starter in her senior year at Central Billings High School, Whitehead’s athletic abilities earned her 2nd Team All-Conference honors.

“We’re beyond excited to bring more players to Minot to play for the Honeybees this summer,” said Honeybees general manager Monica Hocking. “We can’t wait to share this team’s experience and talent with the community and with the Northwoods League.”
