Wausau Softball Club Inaugural Schedule Released
WAUSAU, Wis. — The Wausau Softball Club is thrilled to release their inaugural schedule for the 2025 season! The fun starts on June 10th with the first home game of the season against the La Crosse Steam. The club will then host the Madison Nightmares on June 11th before travelling to Madison on the 12th. Wausau Softball Club and the Nightmares will return to Athletic Park on June 13th and 15th to round out opening week.
Besides the Steam and the Nightmares, Wausau will play two other opponents – the Mankato Habaneros and the Minot Honeybees. The season will include 5 doubleheaders, two of which will take place at Athletic Park on June 19th against the Honeybees and July 25th against the Steam.
Wausau Softball Club’s final home game of the inaugural season will be Tuesday, July 29th against the Minot Honeybees. For the first time, Northwoods League Softball will hold a playoff series, with playoff games on August 4th, 6th, and 7th.
Season tickets and ticket packages are on sale now. Group outings in the hospitality areas, including the popular Peoples State Bank 4-Top Tables and Miller Lite On Deck Tables will go on sale in the coming weeks with single game tickets going on sale in the spring.
