Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are all accepted for online ticket orders.
All online orders will be charged a convenience fee per ticket. The fee is tiered based on ticket price.
Online orders can be printed at home or you can show the PDF on your phone.
All sales are final. No refunds will be offered. Ticket exchanges can be made PRIOR to the start of your scheduled game and must be done at our office at least 2 hours before game time.
Over the Phone
Purchase tickets by calling the Office at 608-796-9553.
You must pay with Credit Card at time of purchase.
After purchase, the tickets will either be placed in Will Call or emailed to you.

The Steam Office is located 2 blocks northeast of the ballpark at 1225 Caledonia Street.

FAQs
How do I use my vouchers?
Ticket vouchers are equivalent to the price of one ticket, designated by the voucher type. To use online, add your tickets to your cart as normal. When on the Checkout page, below where it asks for credit card information, there is a spot for you to type in the barcode number on your voucher. Please note that using a voucher online does still require you to pay the online processing fee.
You can also use your voucher by calling us, stopping by our office, or at the Ticket Window. Please let your Ticket Rep know that you would like to use a voucher to cover the cost of a ticket.
Do you have a Copeland Events Gift Card?
Copeland Events cards are reloadable and can be used anywhere at the ballpark that accepts credit cards (merchandise, concessions, tickets etc.). Unfortunately, gift cards are not able to be used for purchasing tickets online. If you would like to use a gift card for purchasing tickets, please call us, stop by our office, or purchase at the ticket window.
Can I purchase tickets at the game?
Tickets can be purchased at the Ticket Window at the ballpark starting 90 minutes prior to first pitch. For games that will be highly attended, we recommend purchasing in advance to provide you with more seating options.
