Hot Tots & Honeybees Generate $53,536 for Local Non-Profits 

 

MINOT, ND – During the 2024 season, the Minot Hot Tots and Minot Honeybees teamed up to raise $53,536 for local nonprofits in Minot and the surrounding communities. The teams’ mission is to use FUN to make a difference, and through various community programs and partnerships, they were able to make a significant impact once again this season.

 

Thanks to the support of fans and partners, here’s what we are a community accomplished:

 

  • 3,215 pounds of food donated to the Lord’s Cupboard
  • 20 schools and 5,000 students participated in the Hot Tots Reading Program
  • $5,000 donated through the Blue Cross Blue Shield of ND Strike Out the Stigma Campaign
  • 76 organizations supported through ticket fundraisers, silent auction donations, and more
  • $13,340 raised from generous in-game donations from fans
  • Numerous free, fun, and educational events for fans, hours of service from players and staff, and recognitions of community heroes

These accomplishments were made possible through the unwavering support of fans, partners, and local organizations, highlighting the powerful impact of collective effort. The Minot Hot Tots and Honeybees are now looking toward the future and are excited to expand their impact in the community while continuing to use FUN to make a difference.
