Royal Oak Sandlot League (ROSL)
Established in 1959, the Royal Oak Sandlot League (ROSL) is a nonprofit youth baseball and softball organization serving the Royal Oak community for over 60 years. ROSL offers league play for all skill levels in:
- Hardball
- Softball
- T-Ball / Control Pitch
- Tournament Teams
The season runs from May through late July and the league has seen a steady rise in participation thanks to new facilities, upgraded equipment, and strong community support.
ROSL is a cornerstone of youth sports in Royal Oak, helping kids build skills, confidence, and lifelong friendships.
Partnering with the Leprechauns
The Royal Oak Leprechauns are proud partners of the Royal Oak Sandlot League. Together, we’re working to grow the game of baseball and give back to our community.
In 2025, the Leprechauns hosted a free skills clinic exclusively for ROSL players—providing hands-on instruction from Leprechauns players and coaches.
We also offered free game tickets to ROSL families, inviting them to experience the fun and energy of a Leprechauns game at Memorial Park.
This partnership reflects our shared mission:
Building community, inspiring young athletes, and keeping the spirit of the game alive in Royal Oak.
