


Chris Fletcher enters his first season as Manager of the Battle Creek Battle Jacks in 2026. A seasoned coach and respected baseball mind, Fletcher is the founder and head coach of the Moberly Area Community College baseball program in Missouri. He brings 12 years of collegiate coaching experience, including five years as a head coach, and a reputation for developing talent and building high-character teams.
At Moberly, Fletcher launched the program from the ground up, leading recruiting efforts across the state and creating strong community ties. His college coaching path includes six seasons as an assistant at William Woods University, one season at Truman State University, and two seasons as head coach at William Woods. A former college player, he brings a teacher’s approach and a clear plan for player growth.
Fletcher is a Moberly native. He and his wife, Rachael, have two sons, Brooks and Baylor. He will lead the Battle Jacks on the field with a competitive edge and a strong team identity from Opening Day forward.

Rick Antinori enters his first season with the Battle Creek Battle Jacks in 2026 as hitting coach and strength & conditioning coordinator. A seasoned coach and respected teacher of the game, Antinori brings more than 15 years of collegiate and professional experience, along with a reputation for developing players and building disciplined, competitive programs.
Most recently, Antinori served as Head Coach at Clark State Community College, where he led the program to three consecutive playoff appearances and the school’s first 30-win season. In his debut year, Clark State captured the OCCAC Region XII Conference Championship, earning Antinori Coach of the Year honors. His coaching career also includes his current role as Associate Coach at Edison State Community College, where he contributes to recruiting and overall player development. A former collegiate player, he holds a Master of Sports Science in Sports Management and brings a comprehensive approach to offensive instruction and strength training.
Antinori will oversee the Battle Jacks’ offensive development and strength programming while assisting with catcher instruction and defensive fundamentals. He joins the 2026 staff with a clear plan for player growth and competitive preparation from Opening Day forward.
