Flex Plan Redemption Opens April 1st
TICKET PACKAGE FAQ
Ticket packages include a set number of tickets and may include additional food or merchandise items. Flex plans are a type of ticket package that includes undated tickets to be used at any regular season game.
All ticket packages are available for purchase online, calling our ticket office at 608-796-9553, or stopping by our ticket office at 1225 Caledonia St. Ticket packages are not available for purchase at the ticket window on gamedays.
Ticket packages may not be purchased using Copeland Park/La Crosse Loggers gift cards.
Pricing on all flex plans excluding the Northwestern Mutual Club Deck Flex Plan (Loggers only) will increase on May 19, 2025.
Flex Plan redemptions will begin April 1, 2025.
Below are the methods of redemption available for every flex plan. All redemption is based on availability. Redemptions should be completed prior to August 1st for best availability.

Ticket packages are not redeemable for any possible playoff game.
Food and merchandise items included in select ticket packages will include instructions at time of purchase. If purchased online, see your email confirmation for instructions.

Ticket packages are the perfect gift for your favorite sports fan! If you are purchasing a flex plan as a gift, please email tickets@lacrossesteam.com your order number and the contact information for the flex plan user. From there, one of our ticket representatives will reach out to assist with adding the flex plan to the correct account.
Tickets can be upgraded based on availability by calling 608-796-9553, visiting the ticket office (1225 Caledonia St), or stopping by the ticket window. Pricing for all ticket upgrades will be based on ticket price at time of upgrade.
If you would like to swap your tickets from your flex plan to a different game, you must do so prior to gates opening for the game dated on the tickets. To swap tickets to a different game, call 608-796-9553, email tickets@lacrossesteam.com, or visit the ticket office (1225 Caledonia St). When swapping tickets, we cannot guarantee the exact seats will be available for the new game; however, our ticket representatives will assist in finding the most comparable seating option.

Steam Flex Plan Online Redemption
Step-By-Step Guide
Online ticket redemption is available for all flex plans except the Summer at the Yard Pack.
Step 2
Select FIND TICKETS under Single Game Tickets
Step 3
Find the game you are looking to attend, and click FLEX PLAN
*Please note Ticket Packages may only be used for Regular Season home games
Step 4
The “Flex Plan Drop Down” allows you to see how many tickets are available in your flex plan. If you bought multiple packs, the drop down menu will show the total.
Step 5
As you select your seats to multiple games, you can easily switch the game using the “Game Drop Down” menu.
Step 6
In each game, you will be able to see the seats available for your flex plan. Select your desired tickets, and click VIEW CART when complete.
You will see a price associated with the tickets you selected at first. When you click continue, the next page will show a payment (via the ticket package) leaving the balance at $0.
Step 7
In your Shopping Cart, you will see a review of the tickets you have selected. If everything looks correct, click CONTINUE.
Step 8
Confirm your Customer Information. If everything looks correct, click COMPLETE ORDER. Once the order is complete, you will be directed to an order confirmation page, and your tickets will be emailed to you as a PDF attachment.
For your ticket to be scanned at the game, you can either print off the PDF and present the physical copy at the gate or present the digital version of the PDF on your phone.
