Wausau, WI (October 10, 2013) – The Athletic Park renovation project is on schedule heading into the winter months.  The last of the concrete foundations have been pouring and areas of the stadium are starting to be backfilled before the weather turns colder.  Under ground utilities are finishing up as well before the ground freezes.

The next phase of the project is to finish the interior walls of the new ticket office, teams store and elevator shaft.  Once that is competed the steel erection will start and fans will be able to see noticeable changes with the second and third level taking shape.

The construction project is on time and work will continue all winter as planned. The schedule completion day is April 1.
