Front Office

Over the off season there have been a couple of changes and new additions to the Woodchucks Front Office. Here is an update for you so you know who they are and what they do when you see them at a game this summer!

Mark Macdonald – Owner
Mark is a Wisconsin native who spent thirty years in the investment business. Mark grew up in North Bend, Wisconsin where his family owned a small resort. Macdonald views the Woodchucks as an important community asset to Wausau and Central Wisconsin.  Mark's favorite baseball movie is Bull Durham and he enjoys working with all the young people who work for the Woodchucks in the summer and being around their energy and enthusiasm. 

Ryan Treu – President & GM
Over the off season Ryan was promoted to the position of President & GM. Ryan had previously served as the Woodchucks GM since 2006. Ryan not only wants a winning product on the field but also wants fans to leave the Athletic Park happy with a win or loss, creating an atmosphere that people enjoy during the summer. Ryan is a Wausau native who remains active in the community through volunteer efforts, advisory committees and various business organization.

Keith Kubisiak – Director of Business Development
Keith is heading into his 14th season overall with the Woodchucks. Keith also serves as the PA Announcer at all Woodchucks home games!  Keith utilizes his extensive marketing background to help companies partner with the Wisconsin Woodchucks. Keith is a big fan of the Harry Doyle character in the Major League movies and loves hearing first time fans say they can't wait to come back! 

Traci Wisz – Director of Ticket Sales & Operations
During the off season Traci was promoted to the Director of Ticket Sales & Operations after being the New Media Manager for the 2015 season. Traci oversees the Ticket Sales department, works with businesses and groups to meet their ticket needs and strives to ensure fans have a positive experience at Woodchucks games. Give her a call if you'd like to order tickets. Traci enjoys the excitement of working in sports!

Bailey Schepp – Group Sales Executive
Bailey joined the Woodchucks Front Office full time in January after interning with the team in 2015. As the group sales executive Bailey works with groups, businesses and individuals to fulfil their ticket needs and make their experience at Athletic Park one they will positively remember. Give her a call if you'd like to order tickets. Bailey can't wait to see more fans' smiling faces at games this year!

Ainae Soetaert – Corporate Service Manager
Ainae joined the Woodchucks organization full time in March 2016 as a Corporate Service Manager, after interning with us in the 2013 season. In her position, she works with clients and interns to continue the great service the Woodchucks already provide. Ainae gained such a love of working in baseball as a Woodchucks intern that she just had to come back and work for the team full time! 

Megan Birchmeier – Director of Food & Beverage
The newest member of the Front Office, Megan is very excited for the upcoming season! Megan has always wanted to work in the Food and Beverage industry and has a lot of experience, even interning in Food and Beverage at Disney World! Megan will oversee all food service operations for the Woodchucks including concessions and catering events.
