June 30-July 2Fun Filled Weekend Ahead

Wausau, WIS- The Wisconsin Woodchucks kick off another homestand of the season on Thursday, June 30 with a 6:35 p.m. contest against the Duluth Huskies.  This game will kick off the holiday weekend of fun.

Tomorrow night starts the series against the Huskies and brings another giveaway to Athletic Park! The first 1000 fans will receive a Woody Woodchucks Fisherman Bobblehead, presented by Cellcom.  Tomorrow is Leinenkugel Night featuring specials on Leinenkugel’s beer! Tomorrow is also Thickburger Thursday, the first 500 fans will receive a free Thickburger coupon, presented by Hardee’s.

Friday, July 1 night closes the series with the Duluth Huskies at 7:05 p.m. Like every Friday of the season, there will be Fish Fry available and post-game fireworks.  This week the fireworks are brought to you by Time Federal Savings Bank.  Friday is also the Beer Around the Bases Craft Beer Party! The $35 ticket will include unlimited tasting of craft beer, ballpark food buffet and a game ticket.  Tickets are $40 the day of and $20 for designated drivers.

The homestand wraps up on Saturday night, July 2 as the Woodchucks take on the Green Bay Bullfrogs at 6:35 p.m. Saturday night is a LOOK! My Hot Dog is Green! Cash giveaway, where select hot dogs will be wrapped up with a special green voucher with monetary values of $5, $10 or even $100!

Tickets for all home games can be purchased online, at woodchucks.com, by calling the Front Office at 715.845.5055, or by stopping by the Front Office (300 3rd. St. Suite 305, Wausau WI 54403) anytime between 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday. Tickets may also be purchased at the gates the night of the games.
