Walker stays hot, launches second homer

 

Madison, WIS – The Wisconsin Woodchucks (15-24, 2-2 Second Half) lost to the Madison Mallards (25-15, 2-2 Second Half), 11-1, at Warner Park in Madison, Wisconsin.

Steele Walker (Oklahoma) launched a solo homer in the fourth inning — his second of the year, both coming this week — to continue his hot batting of late. Coming into play, his .358 batting average was second in the Northwoods League.

Tanner Thomas (Utah) took the loss for the 'Chucks.
