Woodow T. Woodchuck, better known as Woody, is entering his 25th season with the Wisconsin Woodchucks. Get to know more about your favorite mascot below!

What is your role with the Woodchucks?

To share Woodchucks spirit with fans and the community, getting them excited for the games!

What is a typical day in the office like?

Pretty Chill. My favorite days are the days when I get to go meet our fans at different locations throughout central Wisconsin.

What is a game day like for you?

Game days are the best! If you’re at a game come find me! I always love meeting our fans, taking pictures with them, and signing autographs…if only I could talk, I’d tell our fans how much they mean to me!

Most Memorable Woodchucks Game?

The 2017 Kids Day Out Game. There were a lot of kids there and I got to hang out with my buddy Curious George!

Favorite Bobblehead to Date?

Anyone of me! (Those are clearly the best ones…)

If you could create a bobblehead of one person who would it be of?

Me, all bobbleheads should be of me. I wouldn’t mind a Woody’s Vacations Bobblehead series, of course I’d have to go scout all the places first…I’m thinking Jamaica, Hawaii, New Zealand…

Favorite Concessions Item?

Obviously, the Woody Combo! (Fries and Curds – yum yum!)

If you could add one menu item at Athletic Park, what would it be?

Bring back the Woodchips!

Favorite place to watch a baseball game (other than Athletic Park)?

There is no better place than Athletic Park…although Wrigley Field may be cool too…all that Ivy.

Favorite former Woodchucks player?

Oh I’ve seen so many it’s hard to pick just one! Ben Zobrist, Kevin Pillar, Paul DeJong have been a few of my faves.

Favorite part of working for the Woodchucks?

Meeting all the fans! My least favorite part is when some of our littlest fans cry when they see me. I’m a nice Woodchuck, I promise.

Favorite thing to do in Central WI (Other than attend a Woodchucks game?)

Hang out in my burrow.

Favorite baseball memory?

Seeing the Woodchucks win the NWL Championship in 2001 & 2003. Hoping to bring it home again in 2018!
