Woodchucks Lose on a Rafters Walk-Off

The Woodchucks continued their road trip hoping for a win in Wisconsin Rapids after yesterday’s tight contest against the Rafters, but it was not to be. Starting pitcher Alec Abdalah had an impressive outing, going six innings on the mound and only allowing one hit. Joey Hennessey followed with two more scoreless innings in which he only allowed one hit and struck out three.

The Rafters scored the only run of the game on a walk-off single by Steven Rivas.
