The nomination form is now open for submissions for the Wisconsin DOT Hometown Heroes program for the 2021 season!

You can nominate anyone that you deem a “Hometown Hero” whether it’s a Frontline Worker, Military, Police, Fire, EMS, Teachers, Health Care Worker, Grocery Store Clerk, Essential Worker, etc. and they will be  honored in our pre-game ceremony and receive 4 reserved grandstand seats to that game! We rely on nominations, from you, our fans, to choose our Hometown Heroes, so nominate someone today!
