Rochester, Minn. (NWL) – Mark Shallenberger (University of Evansville) from the Wausau Woodchucks earned Northwoods League Player of the Night going two for three at the plate with a triple, home run and five RBI. Shallenberger led his team to a victory over the Madison Mallards 8-6. Shallenberger has a total of 33 hits with 23 RBI and a batting average of .303 on the season.

The Woodchucks will return to Athletic Park today, July 9th at 6:05pm to take on the Madison Mallards again.
