Wausau, Wisc. – The Wausau Woodchucks are currently accepting applications for the Share the Glove program for the 2023 season! Nominate an area youth baseball team today for the chance to win a full standardized set of youth baseball Rawlings equipment. The recipient will receive includes: (1) Sets of catcher’s gear (helmet, chest protector, shin guards, mitt), (8) batting helmets, (10) fielding gloves (8 RH, 2LH) (1) Bucket of Practice Baseballs, (6) Bats (27 in. – 30 in.). Plus, they’ll get to come to a Woodchucks game and receive the gear during special on-field recognition.

The Share the Glove Equipment Grant was introduced by the Northwoods League Foundation back in 2018 with the goal of enriching the quality of life for children and families in communities with a Northwoods League team through the games of baseball and softball.
