The Wausau Woodchucks are excited to recognize Emma as the May Kid of the Month! In partnership with Aspirus Health, this program celebrates exceptional young people in our community who make a positive impact through their actions, character, and dedication to others.

Emma has demonstrated outstanding perseverance, leadership, and character while successfully managing Type 1 diabetes throughout her school years. She has excelled academically and athletically, becoming a positive role model for others and offering support to younger students facing their own challenges. Through determination and hard work, she has achieved success in the classroom and on the softball field, making her a deserving candidate for Kid of the Month.

Emma and the other Kids of the Month will be honored at a Woodchucks game during the 2026 season. All nominees will also be eligible to be selected as Kid of the Year and receive a $1,000 scholarship.
