The Woodchucks are pleased to announce that Skyler is the April  Kid of the Month. The Kid of the Month program is a partnership with Aspirus Health and Aspirus Health Plan to recognize outstanding area youth in a fun way.

Skyler was chosen as Kid of the Month for February because of her 4-H participation, serving as club treasurer and on several planning committees. She also has been a day camp counselor for younger members. Beyond her 4-H participation, Skyler also excels in school and has been on the high honor role many times. Way to go Skyler!

Skyler, and all youth recognized as Kids of the Month, will be recognized at a Woodchucks game during the 2024 season and will have a chance at being the Kid of the Year, who will receive a $1000 scholarship for their future educational endeavors.

Nominate an amazing youth you know to be recognized as Kid of the Month! Nominations received by 5/18/2024 will be eligible to be named the May Kid of the Month!

Opening Day for the Wausau Woodchucks 2024 season is Memorial Day, Monday, May 27 at Athletic Park in Wausau. The first 500 fans 18 and older will receive a hat, sponsored by Wisconsin Lottery. Tickets are now on sale.
