The Wausau Woodchucks are excited to announce that Avery is our October Kid of the Month! The Kid of the Month program, presented in partnership with Aspirus Health and Aspirus Health Plan, recognizes outstanding kids who are making a positive difference in their community.

Avery was chosen as Kid of the Month for her hardworking attitude and dedication to everything she does. She’s constantly on the move—cheering, working, coaching, volunteering, and helping take care of her grandpa. Despite her busy schedule, Avery supports herself and gives her all to everything she does.

Avery, along with the other Kids of the Month, will be recognized at a Woodchucks game during the 2026 season. Each nominee will also have the chance to be named Kid of the Year, receiving a $1,000 scholarship to support their future educational goals.
