Specialty Jersey Auction Raises Monday for Safe Kids Marathon County

Wausau, WI – On June 25, the Wausau Woodchucks took on the Green Bay Rockers in specialty Hawaiian jerseys created in partnership with Aspirus Health. The jerseys were auctioned off to fans during the game, with additional jerseys raffled off at games later in the season. All proceeds from the jersey sales and raffles were donated to Safe Kids Marathon County.

The Wausau Woodchucks and Aspirus Health are pleased to announce that $4,732 was raised in support of Safe Kids Marathon County. The funds will support initiatives including car seat safety checks, bike and wheeled sports safety, water safety and safe sleep education to help prevent childhood injuries in our community.
