Woodchucks Name Emma Beck 2026 Aspirus Kid of the Year
Wausau, WI- The Wausau Woodchucks, in partnership with Aspirus Health, are proud to announce Emma Beck as the 2026 Aspirus Kid of the Year.
Throughout her school years, Emma has shown incredible perseverance, leadership, and character while managing the challenges of Type 1 diabetes. She has continued to thrive in the classroom and on the softball field, all while serving as a role model and source of encouragement for younger students facing their own challenges. Emma’s determination, hard work, and commitment to supporting others have made her an outstanding member of her community and a deserving 2026 Aspirus Kid of the Year.
In recognition of her accomplishments and the positive impact she has made on those around her, Emma will receive a $1,000 scholarship to support her continued education.
The Woodchucks are beginning to plan for a successful 2027 season! Season tickets are on-sale now and can be purchased by calling 715-845-5055.
