A jam packed seven day homestand ahead
Wausau, WIS- The Wisconsin Woodchucks begin a seven day homestand on Monday, August 1, 2016 against the Green Bay Bullfrogs. First pitch is scheduled for 12:05 p.m.
Come meet Clifford the Big Red Dog on Monday, August 1 for day care and summer camp day. The first 250 fans will receive a Woodchucks hat.
On Tuesday, August 2 the Woodchucks will host the Kalamazoo Growlers at 6:35 p.m. The first 250 kids, 12 and under, will receive a voucher for a free hot dog, chips, and fountain drink. A baseball card set will be given out to the first 250 fans through the gate, courtesy of Sun Printing. Do not forget to check your game program for a chance to win a free car wash, presented by the R Stores.
The Woodchucks will close the series against the Growlers on Wednesday, August 3 at 6:35 p.m. Come watch the Human Cannonball, Dave “The Bullet” Smith launch himself out of a cannon, presented by the Samuels Group. Waterpark Wednesday means the first 500 kids, 12 and under, will receive a complimentary water park pass, courtesy of Grand Lodge Waterpark Resort.
The Woodchucks will take on the Lakeshore Chinooks on Thursday, August 4 at 6:35 p.m. Thursday is Marshfield Clinic Cancer Awareness night. The first 1000 fans will receive a bobblehead, courtesy of Marshfield Clinic. Guarantee you receive a bobblehead, call ahead to get the bobblehead package and a reserved seat for only $10.00. Also, the first 500 fans through the gate will receive a free Thickburger coupon, presented by Hardee’s.
On Friday, August 5 the Woodchucks will close the series against the Chinooks at 7:05 p.m. Friday is Brew Pub Pizza family night. Receive a piece of pizza, soda, and a reserved seat for only $12.50. Make sure to stick around for post-game fireworks, presented by Cellcom.
On Saturday, August 6 at 6:35 p.m. the Woodchucks take on the Battle Creek Bombers. Saturday is Crystal Finishing Systems, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and Boy Scout night. Rubber Boy will be performing. Rubber Boy is a contortionist, actor, television host, comedian, and stuntman who holds the title of the most flexible person in history, owning a total of seven Guinness World Records. It will be an event you don’t want to miss. Make sure you stick around for post-game fireworks.
The Woodchucks close the series against the Bombers on Sunday, August 7 at 3:05 p.m. Sunday is Faith & Family night, presented by Yach’s Body & Custom and Grebe’s. The first 250 fans will receive a baseball card set, presented by Sun Printing.
Tickets for all home games can be purchased online, at woodchucks.com, by calling the Front Office at 715.845.5055, or by stopping by the front office (300 3rd St. Suite 305, Wausau WI 54403) anytime between 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. Tickets may also be purchased at the gates the night of the games.
