Martinez, Passatempo hit two homers apiece

 

Green Bay, WI – The Wisconsin Woodchucks (27-32, 14-10 Second Half) beat the Green Bay Bullfrogs (27-33, 12-12 Second Half), 14-4, Monday at Joannes Stadium in Green Bay, Wisconsin, to complete a doubleheader sweep.

Javier Martinez (College of DuPage) and Steve Passatempo (UMass Lowell) each homered twice in the game, driving in seven and five runs, respectively. 

These were Martinez's second and third homers in his sixth game back with the 'Chucks. He's driven in 13 runs in that span.

For Passatempo, the homers were his team-leading eighth and ninth of the season. He's also up to a team-leading 50 RBI for the year.

Every Woodchucks starter had been on base at least once by the sixth inning.

Robert Zeigler (Kent State) got the win.
