Videographer Internship Role

Bring Woodchucks baseball to life through engaging video content and live game-day production. The Videographer Intern will capture the action, energy, and behind-the-scenes moments of the Woodchucks season while creating content for social media, marketing, promotions, and the in-stadium experience. This position will also gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of live sports production.

Responsibilities

  • Capture in-game and behind-the-scenes footage of players, coaches, staff, fans, community events, and the overall ballpark experience.
  • Edit highlight reels, commercials, hype videos, promotional content, social media videos, and other digital media.
  • Shoot and edit player walk-up videos for use on the stadium videoboard.
  • Set up, operate, and upload footage from Synergy cameras.
  • Support the Production Director in planning and executing video projects and live game-day productions.
  • Operate or assist with directing cameras during live events.
  • Collaborate with the production team to create engaging visual storytelling throughout the season.
  • Monitor live video feeds and make or recommend adjustments to maintain broadcast quality.
  • Maintain, organize, and assist with the setup and storage of camera and production equipment.
  • Assist with production scheduling, equipment logistics, and production meetings.
  • Cross-train in the PC Director and Camera Director roles to gain experience across multiple areas of live sports production.
