Grafton, WI – The Lakeshore Chinooks have released their schedule for the 2017 season. The Chinooks will play 36 games at Kapco Park starting in early June until the middle of August.

Lakeshore will start the season with a four game road trip. The Chinooks home opener will be on Saturday, June 3rd against the defending Northwoods League Champions, the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters at 6:35pm.

On June 5th, the Chinooks will host their annual Education Day with a special start time of 11:35am.

For the second season in a row, the team will also play two Sunday daytime games: the first on June 18th and the second game on July 2nd. Both games will have a 1:35pm start time.

The Chinooks and Kingfish will once again participate in two spilt home and away double headers. On June 20th, the two teams will first face off at Kapco Park at 11:35am then head to Kenosha for game two at 7:05pm. Then on July 26th, the Chinooks will first head to Kenosha for a 12:05pm game and finish the doubleheader off at Kapco Park at 6:35pm.

Monday through Saturday games will have a start time of 6:35pm (excluding June 20th and July 26th). Sunday games will start at 5:05pm (excluding June 18th and July 2nd). Gates for all home games will open one hour prior to first pitch.

The first half of the season will end on July 4th with the second half starting the following day. The 2017 Northwoods League All-Star Game will be on July 18th and hosted by the Wisconsin Woodchucks in Wausau. Madison will once again be hosting the Major League Dreams Showcase on August 8th. Northwoods League Playoffs will run from August 14th – August 18th.

Season and group tickets will go on sale January 4th. Single game tickets will be available for purchase on May 1st. The 2017 promotional schedule will be announced mid-April.

Our annual Gill-idays Rummage Sale will take place on December 8th-December 9th (9:00am – 6:00pm) and December 10th (9:00am – 3:00pm) at the office in Grafton.
