- Exchanges must be performed 24 hours before the originally scheduled game

Group Tickets Policy:
- 50% deposit of the total cost for a group outing is due at the time of the order.
- The remaining balance of the order must be paid in full 14 days before the scheduled game along with the final head count.
- Group tickets may be purchased with check or credit card.
- Customers using a credit card with orders over $500 will have a 3.6% credit card processing fee added to their total.
- If the game is cancelled before gates are opened, group outings will be rescheduled (based on availability, excluding Northwoods League playoff games).
- Team cannot guarantee availability for later dates.
- In the event, a future game date is not available, the outing will be credited to the following season. No refunds will be provided
- If the game has started but called off before becoming an official game (5 innings or 4 ½ innings if home team is leading), all group tickets will be considered used and fans will be given a General Admission voucher for any remaining regular season home game (based on availability, excluding Northwoods League playoff games) or the rescheduled makeup game.

- Food & Beverage Policy
- All you can eat menu will be available from the time gates open, one hour prior to first pitch, until 90 minutes after first pitch.
- Beverages will be available from the time gates open, one hour prior to first pitch, until the end of the 7th
- Two drink tickets will be given to each individual in attendance. Individuals are not allowed to use leftover or unused drink tickets. Fans are allowed to purchase additional drinks in their hospitality area once the two drink tickets have been used.
