Arie Bankston | General Manager

Arie Bankston enters the 2027 season as General Manager of the Lakeshore Chinooks after being promoted to the role in June 2025. A longtime member of the Chinooks organization, the 2027 season marks her 11th year with the team.

Arie’s journey with the Chinooks began in 2014 as a Webcast Intern. She went on to manage the team’s press box and webcast operations in 2015 and 2016 before becoming an Account Executive in 2017. She later served as Marketing & Media Manager and Director of Marketing, overseeing the organization’s marketing efforts, sponsorship fulfillment, community relations, and internship program. During the 2024–2025 offseason, Arie was promoted to Assistant General Manager, helping lead the Chinooks’ day-to-day operations and strategic planning before stepping into the General Manager role.

A graduate of Cardinal Stritch University with a degree in Sports Management, Arie brings more than a decade of experience with the Chinooks and a strong passion for the organization, its fans, and the Lakeshore community. Arie lives in Menomonee Falls with her husband, Miles, and their daughters, Jayden and Amara.

Kian Dillon | Assistant General Manager

Kian enters the 2027 season as Assistant General Manager of the Lakeshore Chinooks after being promoted following the 2026 season. He joined the organization in January 2025 as a Ticket Sales Intern before spending the summer as Assistant Operations & Hospitality Director. He later moved into a full-time role as Director of Corporate Sales & Operations, where he focused on building corporate partnerships while overseeing key areas of ballpark operations.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Parkside with a degree in Sports Management and a minor in Coaching, Kian has quickly become an important part of the Chinooks’ front office. In his new role as Assistant General Manager, he will continue to oversee corporate partnerships and operations while taking on an expanded role in the organization’s day-to-day operations and planning. Outside of work, Kian enjoys baseball, golf, spending time with friends, and hanging out with his dog, Scarlet.

Harrison Carter | Director of Baseball Operations & Corporate Engagement

Harrison enters his fourth season with the Lakeshore Chinooks as the team’s Director of Baseball Operations & Corporate Engagement.

After joining the organization in 2024 as Special Assistant to the General Manager, Harrison has continued to expand his role within the Chinooks. He oversees all aspects of team and baseball operations while also helping build and manage the organization’s corporate partnerships.

A Fox Point, Wisconsin native, Harrison graduated from Xavier University in 2024 with a degree in Sport Management and minors in Business Administration and Public Relations. Prior to joining the Chinooks, he gained experience through internships with both the Milwaukee Brewers and Washington Nationals.

Outside of baseball, Harrison enjoys spending time with his family—especially his two nephews, niece, and dog, Josey.

Riley Wagie | Director of Ticket Sales

Riley enters his third season with the Lakeshore Chinooks as the team’s Director of Ticket Sales. Since joining the organization, Riley has continued to grow within the Chinooks’ front office, focusing on season tickets, group outings, and creating a great experience for fans at the ballpark.

A graduate of Indiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Riley brings a strong background in sales, customer service, and game-day operations. Prior to joining the Chinooks, he gained experience in sales with Tradehome Shoes and as a game-day operations intern with the Wabash Valley Rex.

Outside of work, Riley enjoys spending time outdoors, discovering new movies, and cheering on his favorite soccer and baseball teams.

Gill | Mascot & Brand Ambassador

Gill, the Chinooks’ beloved Mascot and Sales Ambassador, is diving into his 14th season with the team. Since being introduced to Nook Nation in March of 2012, Gill has been a fan favorite, bringing energy, joy, and plenty of laughs to every Chinooks home game.

Beyond the ballpark, he proudly represents the organization at community events throughout southeastern Wisconsin. Each June, fans celebrate Gill’s birthday, honoring his journey from the depths of Lake Michigan—still the place he calls home.

Marissa Strehlow | Athletic Trainer

Marissa Strehlow has served as the Lakeshore Chinooks’ athletic trainer since 2015 through Aurora SportsHealth. She earned her Bachelor’s in Athletic Training from Concordia University Wisconsin and her Master’s from A.T. Still University, and is also a certified First Aid and CPR instructor.

Marissa specializes in throwing, running, and concussion management, with a focus on improving performance, preventing injuries, and helping athletes safely return to play. One of her most memorable moments was helping a wrestler return from a meniscus injury just weeks before state and ultimately win a state title.

In her free time, Marissa enjoys spending time with family, attending sporting events, gardening, and reading.

 


Jordan Dombrowski | Athletic Trainer

Jordan Dombrowski has served as the Lakeshore Chinooks’ athletic trainer since 2021 through Aurora Sports Health. She earned her Bachelor’s in Sports and Exercise Science from Wisconsin Lutheran College and her Master’s in Athletic Training from UW–Milwaukee, and is a NASM-certified Corrective Exercise Specialist.

Jordan specializes in manual therapy and kinesio taping to support recovery and performance. She enjoys being part of her athletes’ journeys, helping them train, recover, and return to play with confidence.

One of her favorite memories was being surprised with an appreciation video from student-athletes she works with at Random Lake and Ozaukee High Schools.

In her free time, Jordan enjoys spending time with her son, golfing, hiking, riding ATVs, and being on the lake with family and friends.
