Arie Bankston | General Manager
Arie Bankston was promoted to General Manager of the Lakeshore Chinooks in June 2025, capping off nearly a decade with the organization. She served as Assistant General Manager during the 2024–2025 offseason, helping lead day-to-day operations and strategic planning.
Arie’s journey with the Chinooks began in 2014 as a Webcast Intern. She later managed the team’s press box and webcast operations in 2015 and 2016, advanced to Account Executive in 2017, and served as Marketing & Media Manager in 2018 and 2019. As Director of Marketing, she oversaw all aspects of marketing, sponsorship fulfillment, community relations, and the internship program.
A graduate of Cardinal Stritch University with a degree in Sports Management, Arie brings a deep understanding of the Chinooks organization and a passion for community engagement. She lives in Menomonee Falls with her husband, Miles, and their daughters, Jayden and Amara.

Harrison Carter | Director of Baseball Operations & Corporate Engagement
Harrison enters his third season with the Chinooks and now serves as the team’s Director of Baseball Operations & Corporate Engagement.
After joining the organization as Special Assistant to the General Manager in 2024, he continues to expand his role by overseeing team operations while also building and managing corporate partnerships.
A Fox Point, Wisconsin native, Harrison graduated from Xavier University in 2024 with a degree in Sport Management and minors in Business Administration and Public Relations. His previous experience includes internships with both the Milwaukee Brewers and Washington Nationals.
Outside of baseball, he enjoys spending time with his family—especially his two nephews, niece, and dog, Josey.

Riley Wagie | Ticket Sales Manager
Riley enters his second season with the Chinooks and now serves as the team’s Ticket Sales Manager. A graduate of Indiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, he brings a strong background in sales, customer service, and game-day operations.
Prior to joining the Chinooks, Riley gained experience as a salesman with Tradehome Shoes and as a gameday operations intern with the Wabash Valley Rex Baseball team. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors, discovering new movies, and cheering on his favorite soccer and baseball teams.

Kian Dillon | Director of Corporate Partnerships & Operations
Kian enters his second season with the Chinooks as the team’s Director of Corporate Sales & Operations. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Parkside with a degree in Sports Management and a minor in Coaching, he first joined the organization in January 2025 as a Ticket Sales Intern before spending the summer of 2025 as Assistant Operations & Hospitality Director.
In his current role, Kian focuses on building corporate partnerships while overseeing key areas of ballpark operations. Outside of work, he enjoys baseball, golf, spending time with friends, and hanging out with his dog, Scarlet.

Gill | Mascot & Brand Ambassador
Gill, the Chinooks’ beloved Mascot and Sales Ambassador, is diving into his 14th season with the team. Since being introduced to Nook Nation in March of 2012, Gill has been a fan favorite, bringing energy, joy, and plenty of laughs to every Chinooks home game.
Beyond the ballpark, he proudly represents the organization at community events throughout southeastern Wisconsin. Each June, fans celebrate Gill’s birthday, honoring his journey from the depths of Lake Michigan—still the place he calls home.

Marissa Strehlow | Athletic Trainer
Marissa Strehlow has served as the Lakeshore Chinooks’ athletic trainer since 2015 through Aurora SportsHealth. She earned her Bachelor’s in Athletic Training from Concordia University Wisconsin and her Master’s from A.T. Still University, and is also a certified First Aid and CPR instructor.
Marissa specializes in throwing, running, and concussion management, with a focus on improving performance, preventing injuries, and helping athletes safely return to play. One of her most memorable moments was helping a wrestler return from a meniscus injury just weeks before state and ultimately win a state title.
In her free time, Marissa enjoys spending time with family, attending sporting events, gardening, and reading.
Jordan Dombrowski | Athletic Trainer
Jordan Dombrowski has served as the Lakeshore Chinooks’ athletic trainer since 2021 through Aurora Sports Health. She earned her Bachelor’s in Sports and Exercise Science from Wisconsin Lutheran College and her Master’s in Athletic Training from UW–Milwaukee, and is a NASM-certified Corrective Exercise Specialist.
Jordan specializes in manual therapy and kinesio taping to support recovery and performance. She enjoys being part of her athletes’ journeys, helping them train, recover, and return to play with confidence.
One of her favorite memories was being surprised with an appreciation video from student-athletes she works with at Random Lake and Ozaukee High Schools.
In her free time, Jordan enjoys spending time with her son, golfing, hiking, riding ATVs, and being on the lake with family and friends.
