Eric Snodgrass, now the Chinooks’ General Manager, has worn many hats within the organization, transitioning from Assistant GM (2017-2020) to Director of Sales (2015-2016), and previously managing sales (2012-2014). The upcoming 2025 season marks his thirteenth with the team, totaling fourteen years of dedication. Eric oversees day-to-day operations, managing the sales department, sponsorship sales, advertising, and baseball operations. His journey with the Chinooks began during their early stages, interning during the planning phase. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Parkside in Sports Management, Eric, a Kenosha native, now resides in Milwaukee with his wife Jordan and daughters, Rylie and Brooke.

This will be Arie’s third year as Director of Marketing, where she plays a vital role in overseeing all aspects of marketing, advertising, sponsorship fulfillment, digital media, the internship program, and community relations. Arie is deeply connected to the organization, having previously served as Marketing & Media Manager in 2018 and 2019, and as an Account Executive in 2017. Her journey with the Chinooks began as a Webcast intern during the 2014 season, and she managed the team’s press box and webcast operations in 2015 and 2016. With the 2025 season, she proudly celebrates her ninth year with the organization. Arie graduated from Cardinal Stritch University with a degree in Sports Management and resides in Menomonee Falls with her husband, Miles, and their daughter, Jayden.

In his third year with the team, Nick assumes the role of Director of Ticket Sales for the 2025 season. His primary objective is to enhance the game day experience for all fans through strategic planning of season passes, mini-games, and group outings. With a degree in Sports & Entertainment Management from Concordia University Wisconsin, Nick possesses the expertise to make it happen. A proud Salem, Wisconsin native, Nick currently resides in Cedarburg with his two cats, Nola and Leo.

In his second season with the Chinooks, Josh assumes the role of Account Executive. From spearheading the school appreciation program to organizing fundraisers and coordinating group outings, Josh is dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for our fans. With a degree in Marketing from UW-Parkside, he’s equipped with the expertise to excel in his role. As a proud Wisconsinite from Kenosha, Josh brings a homegrown charm and boundless enthusiasm to the team.

Harrison is entering his second season with the Lakeshore Chinooks, having served as the special assistant to the General Manager during the 2024 season. He is from Fox Point, Wisconsin, where he still resides. Harrison attended Dominican High School in Whitefish Bay and graduated from Xavier University in 2024 with a major in Sport Management and minors in Business Administration and Public Relations. His previous experience includes internships with the Milwaukee Brewers and Washington Nationals. He enjoys spending time with his family, especially his two nephews, niece, and dog, Josey.

Gill, the Chinooks’ Mascot & Sales Ambassador, is gearing up for his twelfth season and thirteenth year with the organization in the upcoming 2024 season. A beloved figure, Gill brings joy and excitement to every Chinooks home game and serves as a dynamic brand ambassador at community events across southeastern Wisconsin. Introduced to Nook Nation in March of 2012, Gill celebrates his birthday each year in early June. Hailing from the depths of Lake Michigan, Gill continues to call it his aquatic home.
