Kids Zone Attendant
Kids Zone Attendants are responsible for ensuring that each child is having a fun safe experience, including in the inflatables.
VIP Food Preparer
VIP Food Prepares are responsible for making and running food from the concession stand to the VIP Servers.
VIP Server/Food Runner
VIP Servers are responsible for serving fans in her VIP area. Employees must provide excellent customer service, display an understanding of food and beverage options and closely follow health and sanitation guidelines.
**Must be 18 years of age to serve alcohol. **
Bartender
Our Bartenders must provide excellent customer service, display an understanding of beverage options and closely follow health and sanitation guidelines.

Gate Attendants/ Ticket Scanner
Gate Attendants main focus is to ensure that anyone entering the gates has a ticket and that the ticket is for the correct day or has not already been used. It is important that our Gate Attendants are courteous, accommodating and polite in all situations as they are often the first interaction with our staff when attending a game.
Teddy the Mascot
This individual is responsible for creating the ultimate fan experience! Teddy is the face of the Big Sticks. This person must be fun-loving and energetic.
Team Store Cashier
The Team Store Cashier will assist customers, promote merchandise sales, and restocking item. Our attendant will need excellent customer service skills and be able to handle money.
Box Office Cashier
Our Box Office Cashiers are responsible for printing tickets and handling money. Our employees must provide excellent customer service as well as the ability to work fast.
Concessions Cashier/ Food Prep
The main focus for our concessions stand/kiosks is to prepare and serve a variety of food for Big Stick fans. Concession workers must be hard workers and flexible.
