The Battle Creek Battle Jacks are gearing up for an exciting fourth season of baseball, with the team announcing its full 2025 season schedule today. Fans can look forward to an action-packed season featuring 36 home games of summer fun, memories, and top tier baseball. We’ve highlighted some of the Key Dates and matchups that you will not want to miss below:
Opening Day – May 26, 2025
The Battle Jacks’ 2025 season kicks off on Monday, May 26th with a special Opening Day celebration. The team will take MCCU Field to start their quest for a championship in front of the best fans in the Northwoods League.
The Battle for the I-94 Cup Begins June 6th
The most anticipated matchup of the season begins on Friday, June 6th, when the Battle Jacks square off against their fierce rival, the Kalamazoo Growlers, to kick off the battle for the I-94 Cup. These highly charged games are always a fan favorite, and the rivalry promises to deliver unforgettable moments as both teams fight for bragging rights as well as the I-94 Cup.
Last Home Stand – August 1st to August 3rd
The Battle Jacks home schedule will conclude with a three-day home stand from August 1st to August 3rd. This finale promises to be a fitting close to another unforgettable summer full of memories on MCCU Field.
Important League Dates
The Northwoods League All-Star Break will take place from July 14th-July 17th with the game being held on Tuesday, July 15th. The Northwoods League playoffs will begin after the conclusion of the regular season on Sunday, August 10th with the Championship game slated for Thursday, August 14th.
