What are the Battle Jacks office hours?

Our office hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. On game days, our box office opens at 10:00 AM and remains open until the end of the game.

When does the game end?

The Battle Jacks play a nine inning game that approximately lasts two hours and thirty minutes. Some games take longer and some games are completed faster. In the event of a double-header (two consecutive full games in one day), each game is only seven innings long.

How do I get tickets?

Ticket packages are sold year-round. Visit the office at the ballpark or call us at 269-962-0735. You can view our schedule, promotional nights, and other ticket options using the “Tickets” tab in the menu at the top of our website.

Individual Single Game Tickets can be purchased right on our website, by telephone at 269-962-0735, by mail, or in person at 189 Bridge St. Battle Creek, MI 49017.

Group Tickets can be ordered in advance by phone, mail or in person. More information about group outings are available on our website under the “Group Outings” sub-tab under the “Tickets” tab in the menu at the top of our website.

All tickets purchased on the day of the game are subject to a $2 day of game increase, so we always recommend purchasing tickets in advance. All tickets are also subject to a $1.75 ticket processing fee per ticket.

Rain? Bummer… But is the game still on?

Games are NEVER postponed more than 2 hours before the game per league rules. On the day of the game, weather forecasts are continuously evaluated at the ballpark and all decisions are made as early as possible.

Fans are welcome to check the status of any game, but if you call more than 2 hours before game time, you will receive “the game is still on until further notice.”

In the unfortunate event that a game is postponed, it is first posted on our website homepage and through our Facebook and Twitter pages. Area radio stations are next to be notified and many include updates in their news breaks.

Are food and drinks available at the game? Can I bring my own?

The Battle Jacks offer a complete line of ballpark foods along with numerous unique items. We offer many brews that include both national and local brands to individuals over 21 years of age. Outside food and beverages are NOT permitted inside the stadium per city regulations.

When does the ballpark open for the game?

Gates open one hour prior to the start of the game.

How much is parking?

There is no charge for parking.

What is the age minimum to purchase a ticket?

Children 3 and under get free admission to any game.

I can’t use my tickets, can I get a refund?

All ticket sales are final. However, for extenuating circumstances (illness, emergency, etc) we can swap your tickets to another game based on availability.

What payment methods are accepted?

MCCU Field accepts cash and all major credit cards at our Box Office, Team Shop, and Concession Stands. We also accept mobile payment applications (ApplePay, Google Pay).

Can fans keep baseballs that land in the seating areas?

Yes, you may keep any baseball that is thrown or batted into the seating areas. Fans are encouraged to pay attention at all times to the playing field because objects may be leaving the field.

Is smoking permitted in the ballpark?

Smoking is only permitted in our designated smoking area in left field between the concourse and the Bud Light Dog House, OR you may smoke outside of the ballpark.
