Pitcher Ryan Demmin (Minnesota State University, Mankato) who was a post-season all-star last season in the NWL threw seven and one-third strong innings, scattering three hits and striking out 12 men.  Demmin who is a transfer from University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh had to sit out this season at Minnesota State Mankato while they were on the road to the NCAA Division-II College World Series.  This is Demmin’s first competitive action since his appearance in the playoffs in 2009 against the Rochester Honkers.
