Dane Gronewald (Jefferson CC) was brilliant in 7.0 innings for the Duluth Huskies on Wednesday night. The 6’5” left-handed pitcher from Missouri helped the Huskies beat the Alexandria Beetles 1-0 in 15 innings. Gronewald finished the night with six strikeouts in 7.0 innings pitched and only allowed one Beetle hit. The game was Gronewald’s 1st appearance for the Huskies.
