The Lakeshore Chinooks’ own Forrest Chadwick is one of nine recipients of the annual Rawling’s “Finest in the Field” award for 2012. The announcement was made on October 12 by the Northwoods League. To qualify for the award, a player needs to appear in at least two-thirds of scheduled games at a specific position.

Chadwick was one of three recipients who had a perfect fielding percentage. Forrest committed no errors in 83 total chances this season.
