Grafton, WI – It has been brought to our organization’s attention that our recent bobblehead giveaway on June 8th of the Bat Man & Robin dual bobblehead has a design issue that has led to potential damage of the bobblehead.

In some cases, the ankles on Robin Yount or Paul Molitor may be cracked. See the example:

In the event your bobblehead is damaged, we are offering individuals to exchange out their bobblehead for a new Bat Man & Robin dual bobble. Individuals exchanging their bobbles must turn in their damaged bobblehead. After you turn in your damaged bobblehead, you will be given a voucher for a new bobblehead. The bobbles will not be available until early October as a new order has been recently been placed with our bobblehead manufacturer. If you would like to request a new bobble, please do the following by our deadline of Monday, June 17th:

1) Stop by our office in Grafton (983 Badger Circle) to return your damaged bobblehead. At that time you will receive a voucher for a new bobblehead set to arrive in early October. Our office is open Monday – Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm) and on weekend game dates (9:00am until three hours before scheduled first pitch).

OR

2) Email your ticket rep with a picture of your damaged bobblehead. Your name will be put on a list to receive a new bobblehead. You will still need to turn in your bobblehead at our office in the coming weeks in order to receive your voucher for a new bobblehead.

Our staff will not collect Bat Man & Robin bobbleheads at the stadium on game days.

If you have any questions, please call our office at 262-618-4659. Remember the deadline is next Monday June 17th. We apologize about the issues related to the bobblehead. The Chinooks look forward to seeing you at Kapco Park for the rest of the Summer of 19.
