Now Hiring: Ticket Operations & Sales Manager

Grafton, WI – The Chinooks are currently looking to hire for our Ticket Operations & Sales Manager as the team gears up for the 2021 season.

The Ticket Operations & Sales Manager will oversee all duties and responsibilities related to ticketing. This individual will be in charge of all ticket sales including but not limit to group tickets, season tickets, and single game tickets. They will also be responsible for all ticket operations such as managing our ticket and CRM system, ticket fulfillment, and running our Marcus Theatres Box Office at Kapco Park on game days. Our new Ticket Operations & Sales Manager will manage the sales staff including account executives and interns.

 The position requires two to three years sales experience preferably in ticket sales. It also requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends during the season and off-season. The position is currently a seasonal position running from February until the end of August with the opportunity to stay on the staff in September but will be based on the individual’s performance throughout the off-season and season.
