Payment: The ballpark is a cashless venue. Fans can use credit or debit cards at the stadium box office, concession stands & kiosk, and the team store.

Firearms Policy: Guns/weapons of any kind are not allowed. (Fans that have a Conceal and Carry Permit may NOT bring weapons into the ballpark for games, as games are classified as special events.) |
Tailgating Policy: There is no tailgating allowed at Kapco Park nor anywhere on Concordia University’s campus. |
Alcohol Policy: In compliance with Wisconsin State Law, the Lakeshore Chinooks will not serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 21. Under state law, it is also illegal to purchase alcohol for anyone under the age of 21. The Chinooks reserve the right to suspend service at any time at the sole discretion of management and its employees and also reserve the right to suspend service to any one individual at any time for any reason. |
Carry-Ins: Carry-ins of food and drink are not allowed at Kapco Park. For fans with General Admission tickets who plan on using lawn seating, chairs and blankets are allowed. |

Fan Conduct: The Chinooks are committed to creating a safe and enjoyable experience for all fans. We ask all fans to conduct themselves in a responsible manner. Fans who demonstrate inappropriate and disruptive behavior are subject to ejection from the ballpark. The Chinooks thank you for adhering to our fan code of conduct. |
