• In the event a game is canceled before the gates open, all single-game tickets can be redeemed for any other regular season home game based on availability, excluding Northwoods League playoff games) or the rescheduled makeup game
• In the event of a rainy weather delay before a game is ruled official (5 innings or 4 ½ innings if the home team is leading), all single-game tickets can be redeemed for any other regular season home game (based on availability, excluding Northwoods League playoff games) or the rescheduled makeup game.
• In the event of a rain/weather delay after a game is ruled official (5 innings or 4 ½ innings if the home team is leading), all single-game tickets are considered used and no refunds will be offered.
• In the event of a postponed or canceled game, all tickets can be exchanged at the stadium box office on home game days at the time gates open or at the team office on non-game days.

• Tickets can be exchanged at any time for any other regular season home game (excluding Northwoods League playoff games)
• Exchanges must be performea 24 hours before the originally scheduled game
• Exchanges must be performed in person
• Based on Availability
• All sales are final at the time of the purchase. No returns or refunds.

Group Tickets Policy:

• 50 % deposit of the total cost for a group outing is due at the time of the order.
• The remaining balance of the order must be paid in full 14 days before the scheduled game along with the final ticket count
• Group tickets may be purchased with check or credit card.
• If the game is canceled before gates are opened, group outings will be rescheduled (based on availability, excluding Northwoods League playoff games).
•  Team cannot guarantee availability for later dates
• If the game has started but is called off before becoming an official game 5 innings or 4 ½ innings if the home team is leading), all group tickets will be considered used and fans will be given a General Admission voucher for any remaining regular season home game (based on availability, excluding Northwoods League playoff games) or the rescheduled makeup game.
• If the game has been called off but ruled an official game (5 innings or 4 ½ innings if home the team is leading), all group tickets will be considered used and no refunds will be offered
