Trevor Amerson- General Manager
Trevor is entering his fifth season in the Northwoods League, and the first season as Richmond Baseball’s General Manager. He spent the previous four years with the Green Bay Rockers organization, with various ticket sales and community engagement roles. Prior to his years with the Rockers, Trevor studied at Minnesota State University, majoring in Sports Management and minoring in Marketing. Away from the ballpark he enjoys being outside, working out, playing sports, and spending time with his family and friends. Trevor is a native of Kaukauna, Wisconsin.

Nick Bauer: Assistant General Manager- Ticket Sales
Nick is entering his 4th season in the Northwoods League, and first season as Richmond Baseball’s Assistant General Manager and Director of Ticket Memberships. He spent the previous 4 years working for a couple different organizations including NASCAR, Wisconsin Herd (G League), and most recently Virginia Tech Athletics. He worked in ticket sales roles for all 3 organizations. Prior to his time in Daytona Beach, Florida with NASCAR he studied at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, Majoring in Sports Management. Away from the ball park he spends most of his time watching or playing sports, attending live sporting events or concerts, and spending time with friends and family. Nick is a native of Kaukauna, Wisconsin.

Ethan Sheanin: Assistant General Manager- Partnerships
Ethan is entering his first season in the Northwoods League as the Richmond Flying Mummies Assistant General Manager of Partnerships. Before joining the Flying Mummies, he gained valuable experience across several areas of the sports industry, including event operations with the Los Angeles Dodgers, 2024 Men’s Final Four, sponsorship sales with Major League Baseball, corporate partnerships with Sun Devil Athletics, and memberships with the National Baseball Hall of Fame. Outside of work, Ethan enjoys music, golfing, spending time with family and friends, and being outdoors. He is a native of Oakland, California.
