

Mason Rapp – Field Manager
Mason enters his third season coaching in the Northwoods League and his first as Field Manager of the Richmond Flying Mummies after spending the previous two seasons as an Assistant Coach with the Willmar Stingers. During his time in Willmar, he coached in the 2023 Great Plains All-Star Game and helped lead the team to the 2022 Great Plains West Second Half Championship, 2022 Great Plains West Sub-Division Title, and both first and second half titles in 2023 while posting a league-best 51-16 record. Mason has coached numerous professional players, including recent Minnesota Twins call-up John Klein and 2022 Northwoods League Pitcher of the Year Jack Habeck. During the collegiate season, he serves as Recruiting Coordinator at the University of Minnesota Morris.

Manuel Silva – Assistant Coach
Manuel “Manny” Silva is a collegiate pitching coach and former professional pitcher with experience across high school, collegiate, summer collegiate, and professional baseball. Most recently, he served as Pitching Coach at PennWest Clarion University, helping guide the program to one of its best strikeout seasons in school history. Previously, Silva helped lead Citizens Christian Academy to the 2025 GIAA State Championship while developing multiple collegiate and professional prospects and served as Bullpen Coach for the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters of the Northwoods League. He will return to Chattanooga State Community College following the 2026 season to coach under Greg Dennis and Mike Spears.

Owen Crevelt – Assistant Coach
Owen Crevelt brings a diverse playing and coaching background to the staff, with collegiate experience at Wingate University, Cañada College, and Santa Barbara City College. At Wingate, he helped the Bulldogs capture the 2023 South Atlantic Conference Championship after earning First Team All-Coast North honors at Cañada College in 2022. Owen has also represented the Switzerland National Team on the international stage, competing as a player in 2024 before transitioning into a coaching role, where he currently serves on the national team staff.

Derek Fay – Assistant Coach
Derek played five years of collegiate baseball at the Division II level, competing for Slippery Rock University and the University of Findlay. He later spent two seasons on staff at Miami University (OH), where he helped the RedHawks capture two regular season championships and a MAC Tournament title while advancing to the NCAA Knoxville Regional. As Offensive Assistant, Derek led the program’s scouting and analytics efforts and coached first base. During the summer of 2025, he served as Hitting Coach for the New Bern Southpaws of the Old North State League.
